Cant Match any albums or artists

I moved my collection from one storage unit to another, some albums are being detected as new so trying to match them and finding the match fails to pull anything back. I have tried all the different agents available and even tried reordering them but it just comes back with no match found it may come back with blank match that says 100 but has no artist or album actually listed. Hoping someone has seen this and knows how to fix it?

Tv and movies seem to be matching with out issue, so its just music.

as an example if it doesnt say no match it comes back with the attached image - its one of the two but never actually comes back with anything

Which agent are you using?

I would recommend you just set it to Plex Music and then refresh the metadata for the library.

I’ve tried messing with all of them to be honest. What i am noticing going back in there now is i dont see plex music listed. So maybe something is corrupt or is there a way to reinstall that?

think i found the setting, its scanning the library now and i will refresh metadata after that and see if it’s set.
