No matter what I do I can’t get PLEX to match this show, even when I try a manual tvdb or tvdb search. Every time is just says no results like it can’t even see the show on the database portals.
I want to second this. Tried many attempts to match Halloween Bakeshop, including using IMDb and TVDB IDs. TVDB has also been acting weird with Jeopardy matching. Not sure if there is some interference with Plex’s communication with TVDB.
@ChuckPa Can you send this to someone on the metadata team? I can confirm the data isnt in plex.

I concur, Halloween Bakeshop can now be matched, but there are still instances where Plex is failing to find matches for media that are available on IMDb and TVDB. Another specific example is Adventures in Love & Birding (2025).
