So the issue after changing my password now the roku app just sits there and does nothing, when i pressed the * to uninstall the app it would also just sit there and do nothing.
I was able to remove the app by connecting to the roku IOS app and finding the Plex app and removing it, 2X reboots of the roku to get it removed but that worked. After reboot, i reinstalled the app and was able to login to my account. PITA!!!
