I removed Plex (on my Roku TV) and then reinstalled it is cuz 24hrs ago, I couldn’t for the life of me open the app. Everytime I opened it it “froze” on the opening “Plex” image and that’s it. I tried n tried for over 24hrs & natta!!! So this morning, I removed the app and reinstalled it. That worked. That has never ever happened. What’s up with that? Love the app!!!

Sometimes the Roku OS “remembers” app info in cache for a long time and it ends up remembering the bug instead of refreshing\clearing it. The thing I’ve found with Roku is that even the “restart” option in the menu doesn’t clear these situations and pulling the power cable for 30 seconds or so is the only way to clear it (Roku TVs or Roku boxes\sticks). I’ve had bunches of weird bugs with Roku apps that wouldn’t clear after rebooting or restarting things but pulling the power cable ends up clearing it so I recommend trying that with bugs on Roku you might get.
