Hello there,
I hope somebody can help me with that. For a few days already I’m not able to open the Plex Media Player App anymore. The weird thing is, that this didn’t happen when I updated it to another version (e.g. 2.20), but way after it. I had v2.20 installed and it worked very well, when it suddenly stopped working a few days ago (with no changes made to the system or any obvious reason - for me at least).
As I can’t find something like a log file or similar in the folder of the PMP I’m turning to the fora to get some help. If there’s anything I can provide you with please let me know.
Ah yeah. What happens, if I click on the .exe file of PMP is, that it opens up very briefly and then closes again. I also checked my Windows Security center for a eventual culprit, but there haven’t been made any recent changes either (I still whitelisted all PMP .exe files though).
Any help would be highly appreciated
