Can't optimize On Deck

I used to be able to optimize all of my shows on deck by going to on deck, and the clicking the three dots to optimize them, but now inside on deck I don’t have the three dots anymore. Did that feature get removed?

I figured it out. I couldn’t optimize the on deck inside of the home screen, but if I went to the particular library of the on deck (i.e. TV Shows), I could then optimize on deck there.
