I just added some tv-shows to my daughter managed user and noticed that she doesn’t have the section: On Deck. I’ve tried in Android, Roku and Web app. Is this correct? Is this option not available with for managed users?
Yes managed users should have on deck. just tested with my managed user and it is there. has she actually started watching anything under her account? can you try optimizing database ( not a guarantee but i have seen it fix stuff like this before )
Thanks for the response. Yes she has … I see “Recently Added”, “Recently Aired”, “Continue Watching” but not “On Deck”.
Where I can find the “optimize database”? When I do a right click on the library it shows me update, analyze and refresh. Do you mean analyze?
optimize is a whole server action that affects all libraries. to the right of the word “Libraries” hit the ellipses menu icon

the only settings for OnDeck is in settings for the number of weeks to keep it something in it so if you stop watching a show it drops off. That is in Settings>Server>Library under your account and it affects all users using your server
so it you set it to zero for example it would not save anything. 1 would drop off shows after 7 days and so on. I think the default is 4 ( a month).
On Deck is working for my user (main one), this setting is on 16 weeks. I just tested watched 1 episode with her user and stopped at the middle. “Continue Watching” shows me this episode but still there is no “On Deck” section. My daughter was also watching 2 other shows and nothing. She generally uses her Roku in her bedroom but is not related since this test was done in my own tablet switching to her user.
ok just remember there was a fix in 1.4.4 for this. if you have restriction on a managed user account on deck disappeared ( like ratings restrictions ) what version is your server on now?

Finally - I got the last update 1.5.0 and now I can see the “On Deck” section in all my managed users.
