I have a Windows based Plex media server. and i use firestick 4k max sticks on the TVs. I can play tv and movies without issues. but this week, i find i cannot play music, without it running through the songs, not playing them, and i get multiple red error message that says, “an error occurred while playing this item.”
rebooting the firesticks, clearing the cache, does not work. rebooting the server, does not work. this started this week.
I’m on windows 10 for the server.
the error will happen only with Firesticks apparently:
I can play music from the media computer server itself, without issues, the Xbox app has no issues, my LG TV app works, as does my Sony bravaria. SO, it does look strictly like a Firestick app issue. why am i not surprised.
any suggestions?
