"Parsec client error (100): Error with Parsec client: ParsecStatus(rawValue: 100)
This happens on every device I try to use: iPhones, iPads, and tvOS. Looks like this rollout has been completely botched. Plex needs to give us our “free” days back depending on how quickly they get this resolved.
Looking at the parsec support site it mentions that this error is because of low end GPU, but I have a Ryzen 7 2700, so highly doubt it to be the cause.
Tried getting even one game to work for about 2hrs, gave up, cancelled my subscription and went back to my switch with RetroArch… Honestly maybe a little more testing would of been needed before asking people that already have a lifetime plex pass to pay on top.of the existing subscription… The idea seems really interesting I’m questioning the implementation and the execution of it all! Having to tell your customers that it’s going to have to be trial and error to find a working core, is bad business imo! There should of been a set list of fully functional cores provided before it was launched.
I don’t believe this was the way it is being advertised by Plex. My understanding is anyone else with a subscription can share games as well. If that is not the case, what about our own ROMs???
You might want to clarify this up front about the limitation of the sharing. My friend and I were looking forward to sharing our games home-to-home, since his server is at his house.
