Can't play any video with New Philips AndroidTV (55OLED935/12)

Server Version#: 1.20.4.3517 (ab5e1197c)
Player Version#: 8.7.2.20952 (5f6d7f6b)

Tried all different combinations of settings in tv and plex app.
Tv is not connected to any receiver, just the internal speakers.
HDMI Audio Passthrough is disabled in tv settings and in plex app.

What else to check?

You are using a custom domain. Add it to this PMS setting. Restart PMS.

I have sony android tv and xiaomi mi box s 4k , both devices have same problem, plex server is not working, plex app it is closing it self and writes can not find server. I have apple tv and i pad pro app works well but android devices have problem.
Server version: 1.20.4.3517

Is the app closing or is it giving an error? These are 2 different problems.

Please reproduce the problem and provide the log from the app for one of these devices. Android, Android TV, Fire TV Logs | Plex Support

First the plex app was not connecting to server, I was getting a message “ an error occurred playing this video, please check your connection and try it again” I looked at the forum and saw some solution to off new player, I tried and this time plex apps closed it self, it never worked. I tried mi box and android tv, I got same error both devices. I have apple tv and I pad app works great but 2 android devices have a problem. I sent logs to you via message

If you were not connected to a server, what video were you playing? Was it one of the ones provided by Plex?

Either way, I’ll need the log from the app to see what’s going on.
