Can't play anything as soone as subtitles are on

I’ve had this issue for the last few months now. whenever I try to have subtitles on my video, the player will just hang, showing nothing (default blurry background). As soon as I disable subtitles, the playback will start. I’ve tried with bot external and internal subtitles.
I attach 2 log files from the server. I restarted the server each time and played the same media with and without subtitles on.

Any help would be appreciated, I’ve tried many things I found on the forums but nothing worked

Your PMS logs show everything is working as expected. You’ll need to recreate and provide the logs from the FireTV. Android, Android TV, Fire TV Logs | Plex Support

You have the setting enabled to automatically adjust the quality. There is a bug where that setting is not working with subtitles. Turn that setting off and you should be able to playback video with subtitles.
