Playback stops on Fire TV Stick 4K with subtitles

For the past few weeks, my Fire TV Stick 4K consistently stops playback (restarts PLEX app) when trying to watch TV Shows with subtitles on that I’ve recorded with my PLEX Windows Server.

Previously, it worked seamlessly.

I tried clearing cache and restarting my Fire TV Stick 4K. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn’t.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Plex app on my Fire TV Stick 4K. Didn’t help.

Any help would be appreciated.

I can provide server logs if you can point me to an article on how.
