Can't play correctly videos with 4Mbps bandwidth

Server Version#: 1.14.0.5470
Player Version#: latest (v2)

Hi,
I run Plex server on a i7 7700K, 12Gb RAM, 12Tb HDD, paid Plex Pass to watch my videos through iOS smartphones and tablets, and watch videos on a daily basis through my LAN, transcoded to my PS4 Pro 1Tb.
Until now, I’ve had no problem watching all kinds of videos (usally 1080p x264 or x265 encoded movies, with a bitrate of 2 to 5Mbps, and a bit depth of 8 to 10 bits. Mkv files, or mp4, no matter the container…
Until now…
Since the latest version of PS4’s Plex App, I can’t watch movies with a bit rate above 4Mbps, everything with this bitrate needs lowering quality (converting), meaning I have to watch 1080p movies converted in 720p to watch through my PS4 when I could do without converting before.
MORE !!! I can easily watch through WAN my 1080p videos (over the internet) on my smartphone or tablet, since I have 1Gb Fiber Optics, but cannot watch through LAN the same videos!!!
For the life of me, please, change this PS4 app ASAP!!!
This isn’t what I paid for.
