I have a Silicon HDHomeRun - Plex has found channels, program guide works, live TV seems to work.
It records the programs I’ve setup in the DVR but it can’t play a whole program.
Sometimes it will play 10 minutes or so of a 30 minute show and sometimes only a minute or two before it begins the orange spinning death ball…
Some times you can get it to start over or you can get it to finish the program but not usually.
I’ve tried Plex from a web browser, the Plex player app, my Roku Ultra – nothing can play a DVR’d TV program.
This is kind of frustrating. It plays everything else just fine. Channels work. Movies/videos work. Just nothing it’s recorded from TV.
Where are the DVR’d files located? I was going to see if I could just play them off the hard drive but I can’t find them?
