Can't play files on Roku Plex app

Server Version#: 3.83.1 (For Amahi)
Player Version#: Roku 4200X, SW 9.10

I am using an Amahi personal server, and have installed the Plex server app provided by Amahi. I can access the movies from the Plex app on my mac and they playback fine. I am able to scroll though all the movies on the server using the Plex app on my roku, but when I try and play anything, I get the following error:
Playback error. Please check that the necessary file exists and the necssary drive is mounted.

I know the file is there since I can play it back fine on my mac using the Plex app there. I can also play the same file (m4v) back using QuickTIme player. For some reason though, the Plex app on the Roku is unable to play back the files.

How can I figure out what is going on?

Unfortunately, we can’t support it. We don’t package for that distro. We have no idea what might have been done to it.
