I am having trouble playing files on my Roku, it used to work fine for months until the past week, this is also happening to a few of my friends with their Roku too
The stream will stop at 13% buffering and then come up with this error: “We’re unable to play this video, make sure the server is running and has access to this video”
I have updated my Roku firmware to the latest version and also the official Plex app
I have also tried deleting the Plex app and channel and reinstalling it
Also tried the Plex Preview channel as well be doing a factory restore on the entire Roku device
Plex Media Server version is Version 1.19.3.2843
Roku settings:
Remote quality 4mbps
Direct Play: Auto
Allow Direct Stream: Yes
Maximum H.264 Level: 4.1 (Recommended)
I am using ethernet but have also tried WiFi
All other devices work fine, just not the Roku.
