Have paid for plex arcade.
Have linked a ParSec accunt
Have added the folder

Click on the game in chrome web client and get:
“Network configuration prevents direct connection to game session.”

All on local network.

probably a parsec / webrtc thing. my suspicion would be that you have double NAT or something else like that locally between client and server.
