Can't play movies remotely on iOS; other remote devices play fine

I’m having a weird issue and have been unable to solve it myself. I’m hoping an expert can figure it out! Basically, all of a sudden, I am unable to play movies remotely/on cellular. My prerolls will play, but stop at the very end and will eventually error out. The main movie will never actually play. I have tried playing a movie remotely on a computer and Plex Web, and that works fine. The issue appears to only be on iOS as far as I can tell. To make matters stranger, I AM able to stream music remotely on iOS, so it doesn’t appear to be remote access and iOS (32400 is forwarded and open from the outside, plus am also able to access PMS remotely on a computer as well). When I go on my wifi, and hence on my local network, they all play fine.

Anyone have any ideas what the heck is going on here? I have attached my logs above from the other day when I was looking into this. I didn’t see anything jump out in the logs that would indicate an issue, but I’m no expert. One thing I thought of, but am not sure if it is the issue, is that I do use hardware encoding and have Plex transcode to separate ssd. Could the ssd be going bad? Note: just tried forcing a transcode on Plex Web on local computer and plays fine.

Is there a ninja or Plex Employee that might be able to take a look at this? I’m at a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

So I’ve narrowed it down to something with prerolls. When I disable/remove them everything is fine. I don’t think it’s a specific file or anything either as it happens with all of them (have about five that play randomly).

After trying each preroll individually, they all fail, which tells me it’s not the files. I think there may be a bug here.
