Can't Play With Android and Android TV

Hi !

I got an issue with Android and Android TV (only on remote). I can’t play video, and whatever I do (disable automatic quality), i got an error “Cant Play video” (in french for me).

Really strange behavior, if I use VLC as alternative video player, it’s working

I don’t think error is due to server, because I can read it from Android TV and Android (local).

I got this error for a long time and I don’t know what to do.

Help appreciated, thanks

Is this for downloaded content or playing via remote access?

If it’s the latter, can you check the quality settings used for streaming?

Try playing the video without subtitles.
