Remote video play in Android browsers works, android app fails

Hello,

I have all my movies that can be played without any issues
in Android Edge and Chrome but that are not even starting when trying to play them in the Android app - same device, same connection (wifi or 5G/4G). No error message from the Android app, just loading indefinitely.

All files are also playing well in Windows Plex app and Windows Edge - same location, same connection (wifi).

Turn off “Automatically adjust quality” in the Android app. See if that helps. I see you have chosen a subtitle. Subtitles and that setting don’t get along.
