Can't reach library.. again

Plex works great until it does’t. My setup is simple, I have PC dedicated to Plex connected directly to the router for best possible connection. I use an Apple TV connected with LAN cable but to make it work (don’t know why) I need to use Tailscale otherwise reaching the library will not work. And this has worked for me for a while now, but suddenly no.

I have restarted the server, the computer, looked for all kinds of update but nothing helps.

Unless of course I use WiFi on the Apple TV, then it’s no problem at all.

Can someone please explain to me like I am the dumbest person ever why WiFi works and not cable?

Could be some fishy security / network settings o. Your Windows machine or the router segmenting your network by its own rules (I’ve seen routers which treated wired/wireless connections as different networks)
