Plex Web > Settings > General didn’t have option to reclaim.
I never changed the storage location after installing the server, so I don’t have access to preferences.xml.
Restarted Shield and now the server doesn’t even show on Plex Web anymore.
It’s not visible under Plex app settings anymore. No icons under Plex Media Server header.
I don’t think it’s auto starting anymore. Only see Plex under the Shield Settings > Apps.
Going to Plex Media Server in the Google Play store only gives me the Uninstall option.
I’ve read other topics where people have experienced similar issues, and while most seem to have gotten it working again, they don’t know their exact steps.
As a Plex Pass user, I’m looking for some official help on the matter please.
