Password reset. Please help

Hi.

I have tried to reset password for the last 12 hours.
Have requested password reset 4 times and it’s not come. Have checked junk and trash !!

The account is: [email removed] (this is a plex pass member too if it helps searching for the account)

Even tried to login via Facebook and all I receive is:
“Login Failed: You can’t use Facebook to log into this app or website because there’s an issue with its implementation of Facebook Login.”

Can you please assist with a password reset !! ??

(It’s weird. This account here that I am using to ask this question I also asked for a reset as maybe I thought your email servers weren’t working. But that email come in seconds !!)

Here the same issue with my friends e-mail adres (----------------------) password reset instructions will not en recieved. Pls help

The password of this account cannot be reset, because the acount has been deleted.
I will file this account for restoration.

I have a password reset issue as well. I get the email with the password reset link just fine. However, when I click on it–a pop-up obscures the reset mechanism and then when I close the pop-up, it takes me to a generic ‘front’ page which doesn’t allow me to reset the password. Please advise. I am a PlexPss holder.

The user who is trying to use the link must first log out of any Plex account.
Open the browser, go to plex.tv, click on ‘Launch’, and then on your user avatar in the upper, right corner.
‘Sign out’
Leave the browser open,
Then click on the link in the email again.

You cannot reset the password of a deleted account.
Do you want this account restored?

Without knowing your old user name or email, it is hard to diagnose.
