Password reset email not received

Hey community

I hope some mod is able to help me out with my problem.

I am not receiving any emails from plex what-so-ever. I would prefer not giving out the mail to the public, but it´s this account i´m writing from.

When trying to change my password using the password reset, i am not receiving anything - the same goes for trying to verify my email address. The only way i can login is by signing in through Google or Facebook.

Any help to restore the account would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve triggered an investigation into it.

It was on the ‘bounce’ list, which means that a previous attempt had failed.
You should have an email now.

You can’t reset the password of a deleted account.

I have filed it for restoration.

That is because the account hasn’t been restored yet. This is a manual process and can sometimes take several hours. Please be patient and don’t delete more accounts on a whim.

I will post a follow-up in here, when it’s done.

The account has been restored now.
Please don’t delete it again, it won’t solve any issues with the server or remote access or anything else.

Same problem here with my account ------------.
I’ve have created an new one (this one) but that is unknown by my fellow plex servers.

Thank you. Btw. this happened when I deleted an other account (mesa98) which I had setup for a second (temporary) server. Somehow deletion of that one also triggered deletion of mesa57 then.

I created an account for my in-laws and need to reset their password be they are not receiving a reset email.

Send me the username or the email address per PM please.

I too am not recieving the email for password reset, the account has not been used for a while as it was my nephews I am in the process of setting everything up again however not recieving the email I have checked his junk folder and also even mine in case is put it there for some reason but nothing I have tried multiple web browsers and still no email

You must be requesting the password reset on a different plex account, because on this plex account, which you are using to access this forum, there has been no password reset request registered. Only a failed login.

Are you sure you are using the right email address when requesting the password reset? You must be using the one which you used to create the plex account.

as you can see here I did say I checked his email and junk folder but its not there Is it safe to place his email in here?
