Can´t log in to my plex account and I´m not receiving reset password email

Today I logged off the plex account I always use as I wanted to associate it to another email account (the email account I have associated to this plex account, which is basically empty because I don´t use it).
The thing is now I can´t log in and I´m not receiving the emails from plex to reset my password.
It´s worth mentioning that I deleted (or at least tried) the plex account I´m using right now to post this so I could associate this email account to the other plex account. I hope I didn´t mess up and deleted the wrong account…

Anyone that could help with this?

I am having the exact same problem as well today. Tried multiple times clicking forgot password, no emails ever sent and now I can’t get into my plex servers. If u find anything out please post.

Hi Robert,

I solved my problem by contacting directly to the plex stuff.
It turns out I accidentally deleted my main plex account, but luckily for me they were able to restore it.
Maybe emails aren´t being sent to you because somehow your plex account was deleted.
Try sending an email to the plex stuff and they will be able to tell you if your account is still there and working.
