I’ve looked in junk… spam… everything and cant get the system to send me password resets… I’ve had all my family and friends try and not one can get the password… HELP
I have this exact same issue on my Plex account (created this one as an alternative). Can any mods DM me so I can share the gmail account name so they can look into it?

Which means that you don’t have a password for Plex.
You’d have to reset the password for the google account, if you cannot log into your google account anymore.
Its a other account… i just logged in to be able to send this message…
Please send me the email address of the other account per PM.
All messages are logged as “delivered” and the receiving server has acknowledged them.
So you need to ask your email provider where the messages are.
