Can’t recover password … Forgot password emails not received

Hello,

A few month ago, I created my Plex account that I used for several weeks and then I stopped. Recently, I wanted to connect to it but couldn’t find my password (I think I used to connect with Google Auth at the start). I tried to reset it with the “forgot password” but I never received it. I checked Spam folder and blocklist of my gmail account but no problem. I still can’t receive my reset.
Can someone help me understand why my account seems to be blocked or something ? Thanks

If you created the account with your Google authentication, then there is no password to reset.
Login to your Google account, then enter the plex.tv website.
