Password Reset email never arrives

Hi,

I have an account that I cannot log into. The password reset email never arrives.

I have checked the junk folder.

Looking at similar forum topics, this seems to be a long-running issue.

Im having the same problem and cannot see a solution other than to PM and that PMs are not allowed unless invited.

Plex cannot send you a password reset email, since you exclusively used Google to log into your plex account. So you don’t have a password for Plex in the first place.

If you still can access this google account, try to “sign in with Google.”
If you lost access to this google account, you are unfortunately out of luck.

The same applies to the OP above.

Please send me the email address per PM.
But I assume it is like a Hotmail account, which is known to rarely deliver emails from plex.tv.

So this is indeed a Hotmail address. There is nothing that can be done about it by Plex, Inc.
Please contact your email provider and ask them why they suppress emails from plex.tv

I found the problem. In the Outlook we app under settings there is a list of blocked email address. Somehow noreply@plex.tv was included in this list. When I deleted it I received the reset email
