Evening all im trying to reset my password so i can sign in with email and not google. But i never receive the email from plex. Any help appreciated.

starting under the header “Add a Plex password to a Google, Facebook, or Apple account”
I have but i can only log in with google. I want to only login with email but i have forgotten the password and i never receive a emisl from plex when i press the forgot email button
No you didn’t. You never had a Plex password to begin with.
Your account was created with Google federated authentication only.
Which means you ever only used the Google password, which you cannot and should not reset via Plex.
So i have to make a new account and ad my google then?
No!
Login to your plex account using the old Google method.
Then go to https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/account
and add a password
