Unable to remove stale favourites in Live TV on Web and Desktop

I have a number of favourites that are stale and I am not able to remove them (no 3 dots appearing similar to the issue linked below). For the similar issue below, it was sorted it out with a manual fix. @Atomatth could you help to assist me in the same manner or further advise?

Live TV Favorite without a "..." will not delete

Thanks for reaching out. Could you provide a screenshot of the issue? Is this only happening on our Desktop app? Are you also seeing this on app.plex.tv? Do you have any other devices that you could confirm this issue or potentially remove this stale channel?

I have created an internal issue for you and this case to hopefully resolve it. It would still be helpful to know these questions .

@clgunne From what we can see it looks like you have 7 favorites, all from the same server. Are all of them stale? Should we remove all of them?

Hi Atomatth. Many thanks for looking into this for me, apologies for the late response, busy week.

I just checked and the stale favourites actually seems to have resolved themselves - no further action needed. Thanks for your help and sorry for the red herring!
