Can't Resume, Fast Forward, or Rewind - Only Play from the Beginning

Player Version#: 10.0.25398.2266
Xbox Series X, everything is up to date.

Suddenly, I cannot Resume, Fast Forward, or Rewind - Only Play from the Beginning.

I’ve restarted the Server, I’ve rebooted the Xbox, I’ve unplugged the Xbox and held the power button to clear the cache, I’ve restarted the Server between each of these steps.

Absolutely no issues on PlayStation or Web version.
