Xbox One cannot rewind or ff

When watching TV shows, the Xbox controls to move forward or backwards within an episode are no longer working. I can use the controller to move the “where you are” dot, but playback always resumes at the current spot.

Also, when I watch a video on the web and then start Plex on the Xbox One, the progress bar for the TV show appears to be in progress, as I would expect. But then when I start the show, it starts over at the beginning.

I tried restarting my Xbox, updated my server and verified my versions, this did not resolve the problem.

Is anyone working on this?

DISREGARD. This problem appears to affect one single tv show. Other than this situation, the video file plays well. This looks like a one-off problem, can live with it.
