Can't see collections

When I click on the Movies tab I don’t have an option for collections as shown in the attached image.

Plex server Version 1.11.3.4803

Not sure about that PMS Version but in the current Public Release you find collections under the “All” dropdown.

while you’re on PMS 1.11, you’ll need to use the online version of Plex Web to access the inline-collections features (https://app.plex.tv/desktop). as of PMS 1.12, the built-in version of Plex Web can also cover things (https://your-pms-ip-address:32400/web)

Updating PMS to the latest version fixed the problem. Thanks for all the help.
