Recently started having problems with the Plex app on my Lg TV, it was not finding the IP address. So I deleted and reinstalled the TV app and reinstalled the server on my laptop (windows) and it turned out it was outdated. Plex is now working on my TV but I cannot see my friends shared library which I could see before, I can only see my library. I can see my friends library on the media server and the web app but not on my TV, What could be wrong?
Plex ended support, might work with insecure connection. really wish the plex server users were given the option for this function instead of it being forced.
