LG TV in same network can access Plex but outside cannot

I had two friends able to use my Plex like 2 years+ ago, but both are unable since that time. The first friend has a Samsung, and the other has the same LG TV I have home (that works fine).
The same people if they use their phone, they can access my Plex, then also ‘cast’ to the TV…
I wonder what changed and how I can fix it so that my friend having Samsung or LG TV can use again my Plex server from their TV.

Pretty likely that you cannot fix it, unless you add hardware which replaces the not-so-smart player in these TVs.
