First please update the Plex Media Server to the current version - either the public release or the beta

When running on the current version, please ensure debug logging is enabled on the server - see https://support.plex.tv/articles/201643703-reporting-issues-with-plex-media-server/
Restart the server and after 5 minutes, then launch the Plex for Android app on the TV and enable logging - see https://support.plex.tv/articles/201573117-android-android-tv-fire-tv-logs/
Reproduce the problem - note down the time and if possible take a photo of the screen and then fetch the Plex for Android logs as per the article and copy all the displayed log to a text file and save it and then download the server logs - see https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/ and attach the two sets of logs and photo and time when the issue was reproduced
