Hi - I’m hoping someone can help a Plex newbie!
I have a film in my local folder containing an extra (a trailer)
Try as I might, I cannot get Plex to display the trailer
I’ve named it & structured the file according to Plex’s help page:
I understand it should appear under the Cast List, but nothing’s there?
Many thanks in advance
Cheers
Phil
Please list the actual filenames of every file within that folder.
Please do also copy the first ~20 lines of the Plex XML info of that movie.
Please see below, thanks.
The folder name is Danger Tomorrow
The file names are…
Danger Tomorrow.m4v
Trailer-trailer.m4v
XML info…

Actually, if the trailer is the only extra, it will appear like so:
What happens after you refresh metadata of this movie?
Leave the preplay page of this movie and re-enter it afterwards.
