Can't see my PMS anymore after changing my account password

Hello everyone,

Just a few hours ago, I changed my Plex account password for security reasons ( I do it routinely with all my accounts) but after logging back in with the new password my server disappeared!

I also tried the reclaim procedure through SSH but I can’t access my seedbox through it, it says “connection refused”.

What can I do?

When signing out devices as part of changing your password, you’re also signing out your server. You’ll need to re-claim it.
