Can't see photos/music folder on FireTV, but ok on web browser from Plex server

If I use the Plex player on my Mac, which hosts the Plex server, I can see the photos and music folders. But when I connect via FireTV, I can’t. I can see the movies fine, but not photos/music.

What is it showing when you open the music or photos libraries on your Fire Stick. Also, are you accessing this on the computer by the local IP address or app.plex.tv for the web interface?

Those folders do not show up. Just Movies, TV Shows, and Home Videos. I’m accessing on the Plex server (a Mac) via local IP address (http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html#!/).

Update- I have two Firestick 4k devices and two FireTV cubes (bought earlier this year). I had only tried it on one of the cubes. I just now tried it on a Firestick, and it worked. I will check the other two devices and update here. --UPDATED-- So it is just the one FireTV Cube (the first/main one I used) that can’t see the two folders. I tried the other Cube and it sees the folders fine, as do the two Firestick 4k devices.
