Because the app for plex on the PS3 is now free, I tried downloading it to use it. I have two servers, one on the LAN, and another that is accessible via the Internet. On the app, I am only able to see that remote server. However, if I look under videos, and I can see the plex media server on the LAN, and use it fine there. How can I get the app to see the server?

I’ve got the same problem. 3 Rokus, Android tablets, Windows PCs and Blackberry phone all connect but the PS3 will not.
There is another thread with 4 or 5 people having the same problem.
Same here neighbors PS3 can’t find the server, but my ps4, phone, tablet, pc, etc all can see and access the server just fine.
