Can't select and view Folders inside HDD

Hi everyone, I I have read a lot of thread about this topic but none of these helped me solve.
When i try to add a directory plex only display the top directory of mine HDD with the error : “unable to load content of…”.
I tried to give all permission but it didn’t work.
If someone can help me i will be very grateful.

I suppose this is about an internal or USB drive?
Have you checked out the instructions from the Linux tips & tricks section?
