Can't set a PIN for a new user

hi there, i created a new user on the Plex Home page and I set a pin for myself (admin) but there is no option to set one for the new user. All I can do is add access to the various media library folders. The plex home page shows “No PIN” for the new account, that’s all. Ideas anyone!?

You need to “Switch User” and become that user. Then you can set the PIN in the usual place.
