I just set up plex media server on a server and configured a cloudflare tunnel to access the service. When I visit localhost:32400 only the plex logo appears and the installation does not continue.
You must SSH tunnel to the machine and access it from console, without domain name or WAN involvement in the URL
e.g: ssh -L 8888:127.0.0.1:32400 Real.IP.of.Host
On local browser: http://127.0.0.1:8888/web
