I can't access to my library

Hi everyone! I have a little problem and I tried to install plex on a VPS. All is correct but in the moment that I open plex media server don’t recognize like a local server and show a message what say “get plex media server” even though I open that in the IP server. I saw a thread that solve the problem but I don’t know how to solve on ubuntu 16.04 (OS of the server). The thread is: 1.18.4.2153 - Upgraded and now Plex Media Server is Gone!

You need a local access when you open your server for the first time to complete the installation. If you’re using a VPS probably need to SSH into your server and create a tunnel to open Plex Web on that server so you can claim it.

Yes, I do that, but I don’t know why have this problem with this.
