I instaled plex media server on linux but it not work

hi everyone,
im trying to install plex server on linux Ubuntu, but when that was installed, the plex server dont show the option to configure a New server,
when i try to Add my media, it show the message for i get the plex server, but, i installed de plex media server.

is your server on the local network ?

can you go to the server ip directly, like @ http://192.168.1.xxx:32400/manage

I’m not in the local netowork, this server was installed on vmware on server without graphics interface.

that is why.

you can only claim a server via the local lan network.

you may need to setup an ssh tunnel.

i add a virtual machine with windows e the same network of plex but the plex server dont gave me access
