Not really sure why the support articles send me to the forums for me to ask you to fix something specific to my account, but here goes…
I’ve been trying to share some libraries with a friend, like I did many many times before, but I can’t seem to be able to do it with a specific friend.
This wouldn’t be an issue if Plex allowed me to cancel this invitation, allowing me to send another one, but here’s where it gets really weird:
- If I use the windows/browser version (accessing via app.plex.tv/desktop), I see no invitation pending acceptance, and if I try to reinvite the person, I get a generic “Failed to send invite.”.
- On the other hand, if I try and repeat the same operation through the Android app I can actually see the pending invite there, but when I try to remove it I get another error, “An error has occurred. Please try again later”. In a similar fashion, if I try to reinvite the person I get the exact same error.
Could someone from Plex’s staff assist me here? Removing this “faulty” invite should do the trick, but I’m apparently unable to do it on my own.
