i add my friend email so i can share my library …when he press the link from plex he get an error
"hmmm…an invite error "
sorry an error happened when accepting this invitation
any ideas???
Retract the invitation for now.
Tell your friend to go to plex.tv and create a free user account for himself (‘Sign Up’).
After he has done that, ask him which email address he has used to create the account.
Now invite him again.
When he receives the email again, tell him to not click on the link in the email.
Instead, he should log in to plex.tv with this web browser, then go to https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/users-sharing
He can ‘accept’ the invitation there.
