Hi, I’m stuck in a bit of a loop here.
Basically, I can’t sign into my plex server anymore. Signing in with Google results in it saying “this username is already taken” even though it’s my account in the first place, while signing in with email (my Gmail, that’s connected to my google account) seems to result in Plex not actually detecting my server. I’m out of options here.
I have tried clearing my Chrome cache/cookies to no avail, I have cleared the Plex login info from the registry to little avail also (this username is already taken" still occurs while signing in via email results in the server being detected but listed as “unclaimed,” but when i claim it it kicks me out, denying me access.") I believe this was all started by me clearing my cookies, which caused this series of inconveniences. No amount of Googling so far has helped me.
I’m asking kindly for a little advice on how to proceed, and if there’s anything for example a moderator could do. Thank you in advance!
