I’m unable to login to my plex server or on plex.tv with my google account as I have been doing since the start. When I try to login I get the error “Email has already been taken”.
I’ve tried the forgot password route and it doesn’t send an email the account.
I’ve also tried incognito mode, different browsers, and changing my google password to re-login.
In order to gain post access to these forums I had to create a separate account and login with that. Unfortunately I recently paid for Plex pass so I don’t want to abandon my google account with Plex.
Is there anyone from plex who can check on the status of my account to see what’s going on?
