I can use the one-time code to sign in, but attempting to sign in using my (correct) email/username and password always fails with “incorrect username or password”. This is really annoying as it means having another internet-capable device at hand whenever I want to watch something on Xbox.
I’ve tried changing both my username and password, multiple times, and have obviously tried after letting a period of time pass.
Since there’s likely nothing I’m doing wrong, how could I possibly get the required support from Plex on this?
